OUR PROCESS

We have the know-how you need.

Capital Foundry

1.

INITIAL MEETING

A small handful of CFF members will host an initial meeting with the principals of business in person at either the Pittsburgh or the New York office, via phone, or by Skype.

2.

WORK TO UNDERSTAND BUSINESS NEED

Every business is unique and it is CFF’s goal to understand the specifics of each business on an individual basis. Our team has many years of experience and are familiar with a number of different types of businesses. During this stage of the process, CFF team members will learn about the business, the industry, the customers, and competition. This thorough diligence allows for CFF to better serve its customers by developing a line of AR that is unique to each client.

CFF makes it a priority to learn about your industry, your customers, and your business. This allows for CFF to create a tailored plan that is unique to your organization’s needs and capital constraints.

3.

MEET WITH YOU

4.

CFF administers a thorough due diligence process completed internally by CFF staff members. This process begins with a formal application along with a request for the businesses’ certificate of good standing, certificate of incorporation, and all financial documents and tax returns for the last three years. Following the completion of the application begins the process of an independently conducted field exam by a trusted CPA firm. Upon the receipt of the completed field exam, CFF begins a thorough underwriting process. The underwriting is then presented to the Credit Committee and formally reviewed.

DUE DILIGENCE

5.

Capital Foundry works alongside the principals of the business to develop a financing structure that works for each individual business. CFF does not use a one-size-fits-all approach and willingly negotiates the terms of the facility to ensure flexibility and the success of the business.
